By using our Website and making any payment, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
1. GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT
Asthma Care Online primarily provides:
- Online medical consultations
- Preventive and supportive asthma care programs
- Educational content and digital health guidance
- Wellness-related services and programs
Due to the nature of healthcare and digital services, all payments are generally non-refundable, except under specific circumstances described below.
2. ONLINE CONSULTATION FEES
a. Completed Consultations
- Once an online consultation (video, audio, chat, or written response) has been completed, no refund will be issued.
- Medical opinions, guidance, or recommendations provided are based on the information shared by the patient and are considered delivered services.
b. Missed Appointments
- If a patient fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
- However, at our discretion, the appointment may be rescheduled once.
c. Cancellation Before Consultation
- If a consultation is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, the amount may be:
- Refunded after deduction of payment gateway charges, or
- Adjusted toward a future consultation (preferred option)
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.
3. PROGRAMS, PACKAGES & SUBSCRIPTIONS
For asthma care programs, treatment plans, coaching packages, or subscription-based services:
- Once the program has started or digital access has been provided, no refund will be granted.
- Partial utilization of a program does not qualify for a partial refund.
- Fees paid for bundled services or discounted packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
4. DIGITAL CONTENT & DOWNLOADS
Payments made for:
- E-books
- Digital guides
- Recorded videos
- Online courses or webinars
are strictly non-refundable, as these are considered irrevocable digital goods once access is granted.
5. TECHNICAL OR PAYMENT ERRORS
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error
- Payment deducted but service not activated due to system failure
Such issues must be reported within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof of payment. Approved refunds will be processed after verification.
6. MODE OF REFUND
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method only.
- Refund processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
- Payment gateway charges, taxes, or administrative fees may be deducted.
7. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
No refund shall be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with medical advice or expected outcomes
- Change of mind after booking
- Incomplete disclosure of medical history by the patient
- Delay or non-compliance by the patient in following advice
- Force majeure events beyond our control
8. DISCRETIONARY AUTHORITY
Asthma Care Online reserves the right to:
- Approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis
- Modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice
The decision of Asthma Care Online shall be final and binding.
